All Christmas gifts purchased between 1 November and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 31.01.26. - Fast shipping and easy returns
Delivery before Christmas Eve
December is a busy month for shipping carriers, which means delivery times may vary.
During peak periods, parcels may also be redirected to an alternative pick up point.

We recommend ordering no later than 8 December to increase the chance of delivery before Christmas Eve.

Returns and exchanges
If a gift needs to be returned, the giver must create the return. Returns and exchanges for a different size can be done through our return portal (pls. read here for more information regarding our return process).
Refunds or store credit
The amount will automatically be refunded to the card used for the original purchase.
