Order cancellation
As a consumer shopping on lollyslaundry.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving your order, the items must be returned unused and with all original tags and hangtags intact.
Cancel an order before shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request.
Simply enter the email address used for your order and log in using the verification code sent to you by email.
Once your request has been submitted, you receive an email and we will review it and cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been cancelled.
Already received a shipping confirmation?
If your order has already been packed, shipped, or you have received a shipping confirmation email, we may no longer be able to stop the shipment.
You can still exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the order through our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
