Making a Difference for Children in India: Our Partnership with Gadens Børn

We are proud to support Gadens Børn, a charity organization working to improve the lives of children in India. The organization helps vulnerable children gain access to education, healthcare, and daily meals, providing them with a safe environment and hope for the future.

As part of our collaboration, we donate clothing to be sold at Gadens Børn's flea markets. In addition, we contribute outfits for their charity gala, where the clothing is auctioned off. The most recent auction resulted in a donation equivalent to more than a year's worth of education and daily meals for a child.

Focusing on Children's Well-being: Collaboration with Julemærkehjemmene

Last year, we partnered with Julemærkehjemmene to raise awareness and support children's well-being in Denmark. Many children face challenges such as loneliness, bullying, and low self-esteem. To make a difference, we launched two special designs—a sweatshirt and a tote bag—featuring artwork inspired by the first Christmas Seal from 1904. All proceeds went directly to supporting children at the Julemærkehjem.

For our founder and designer, Kamilla Byriel, using her platform for charitable causes is a natural fit. As an ambassador for both Red Cross Klub 100 and Gadens Børn, she was eager to collaborate with Julemærkehjemmene to highlight their incredible work.

"We combined Lollys Laundry’s visual identity with Julemærkehjemmenes rich history, which has helped over 80,000 children for more than a century," Kamilla explains. "Our goal was to contribute to even more children gaining a new perspective on themselves and their lives."

This collaboration was more than just a financial contribution—it helped raise awareness, allowing Julemærkehjemmene to reach more people committed to supporting children's well-being.

Plan Børnefonden – Children's Right to a Better Future

At Lollys Laundry, we are passionate about promoting equality and empowering girls around the world. In many places, girls unfortunately lack access to education and the same opportunities and rights as boys. We want to change that.

In collaboration with Plan Børnefonden, our founder and Head Designer, Kamilla Byriel, created a beautiful illustration of two women balancing together—a symbol of our hope for gender equality for girls everywhere. This illustration adorns our popular CaliforniaLL Logo Sweatshirt, of which we have donated 600 pieces, as well as a specially designed tote bag. All proceeds from the sale of these products go directly to Plan Børnefonden, supporting their mission to secure a brighter future for girls through education, equality, and the opportunity to shape their own lives.
