Returns:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can easily do so via our return portal. Please note that return labels are currently only available for selected countries.
- You can return items within 30 days
- Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 days after receipt

- Exchanges: Register the return in the return portal and place a new order
